Workshop Registration Policy

You may register for a workshop:
- in person 
- by phone with credit card
- by mail

You may pay for a workshop by:
- Cash or check
- Debit
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover

There are no refunds on workshops, unless we cancel the workshop. We will issue a store credit of the workshop value minus a $5 cancellation fee if cancellation requirements are met.

Reminders:
- write workshop dates in your calendar
- purchase materials at least 1 hour prior to workshop
- receive a 10% discount on products listed on materials list
(some restrictions do apply)
- please be prompt to workshop
- workshops are designed for ages 15 years and older
- please do not bring guests to the workshop

Cancellations & transfers
You may cancel a workshop:
- with a 3-day (72-hour) notice prior to start of workshop and receive a store credit of the workshop value minus a $5 cancellation fee. There are no cash refunds on workshops except when we cancel a workshop. (Cancellations made with less than a 3-day notice will forfeit the entire fee...sorry no exceptions)
- with a 15-day notice for a guest instructor workshop and receive a store credit of the workshop value minus a $5 cancellation fee.
- in person or by phone
- or find a substitute instead of cancelling, so long as the substitute meets the pre-requisites

You may transfer to another workshop:
- with a 3-day (72-hour) notice prior to start of workshop (transfers are not allowed with less than a 3-day notice...sorry no exceptions)
- with a 30-day notice prior to start of a guest instructor workshop.
- in person or by phone
- by paying a $5 transfer fee

If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment:
- students will be issued a full refund of workshop fee
